Vimeo-player op website responsive maken

Dear freelancer, I am looking for someone, who can make my Vimeo-player on the homepage of https://www.**********.nl responsive for smartphone and tablet held upright. The player is displayed correctly on both a desktop and a tablet held across, only not on the tablet held upright and also not on smartphone held both upright and across. I need the player to be reponsive on tablet and smartphone too, beacuse much of my traffic comes from those devices. Who can help me do that?
