We are looking for a skilled draftsman to redraw the architectural plans of a 3 bedroom bungalow using AutoCAD. The project involves creating accurate and detailed plans based on existing designs. The final work must be professional, accurate and meet industry standards. Project Scope: Redraw the architectural plans for a 3 bedroom bungalow. Use AutoCAD to create clean, clear and detailed floor plans, elevations and sections. Ensure drawings are accurate and meet necessary building codes. Modify plans based on our feedback and specific requirements. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of building design principles and standards. Ability to interpret existing architectural plans and redraw them accurately. High attention to detail and dedication to quality work. Experience in residential construction projects is a plus.
