Sales Support

Dear freelancer, What's on your to do-list? Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, preparation of sales reports, and general office management Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (Teamleader) Assist with the coordination of events, including securing and managing event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth event execution Provide support to the sales team in identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies What about your superpowers? Curious about the (international) tech startup & scale-up scene You have commercial flair and can make partners enthusiastic like no other with your fluency and a good story You are fluent in English & Dutch. We are a company with international partners Bachelor's or Master degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field At least 3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the event industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for the event industry and in the startup/scale-up scene A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment How will we reward you for your strengths?
