Ruby-on-Rails back-end developer (Junior and Senior)

Dear freelancer, We have been founded in 2010, moved to NL in 2013 (Eindhoven) and is now moving to Arnhem. We bought an office which will become the center of our operations. Our customers are large OEM's (machine builders) like Howden and Continental. We also serve companies like Gazprom and are currently closing a first deal with GE. We are always working on creating bridges between "the real world" and web-portals, providing end-to-end and customer-branded solutions; optimised & tailored to our customers business-case. When working for us you'll be part of an international team and involved into building + managing an IT infrastructure which serves assets in Nigeria, US, Russia, NL and new projects in e.g. India & China. We have used Ruby-on-Rails to build our back-end, we do however believe that when you don't have any firm RoR experience yet, but have been involved into (web) software development for more complex sites, you'll get the hang of it pretty quick. Although working remotely most of the time is fine, we do appreciate frequent face-to-face meetings in our office in Arnhem. We believe that helps in building a solid team!
