FUNCTION DESCRIPTION Je zal een ex internationale artieste en haar stichting ondersteunen en daarom moet je student of recentelijk afgestudeerd zijn en als assistent kunnen werken in het Nederlandse (civiel)recht met name erfrecht, familierecht, eventueel strafrecht, sociaal recht. Onze werkgebieden zijn zeer breed en we zullen in een gesprek nader bepalen voor welke taken je het meest geschikt bent. Je moet minimaal halftijds beschikbaar zijn, en zeer handig zijn met computers, administratie en ook met Engels kunnen werken. Je werkt zowel voor de stichting alsmede de oprichter in een klein maar internationaal team in een uitdagende omgeving. Alleen mensen die per direct beschikbaar zijn en al enige ervaring hebben zijn welkom te solliciteren. Na een korte try-out kan een contract aangeboden worden. Werkplaats is in Brussel. Dank. ________________________________________ Seeking Dutch lawyer or last years law student with all round legal know how We're seeking a Dutch legal assistant and or lawyer who can help an NGO and its founder in a number of areas ranging from heritage, family, penal, insurance, and personal negligence law. You must have experience in 2 of the aforementioned fields. The working language will be English and Dutch, although the law practiced should be either Dutch or Belgian. It is a requirement that you are experienced with Dutch law. You must also be able to possibly train a number of law students or interns. We prefer that you have a driver's license and your own car, as you will have to go to different locations. You must be able to organize all the legal paperwork for numerous different court cases and work on location in the home office of the founder, at least a number of times per week. This could either be a parttime or fulltime job. Our working situation has been adapted to ensure that corona measures are adhered to. This means outside meetings should the weather allow for it, and working local after testing We prefer people with professional experience and there will be a try out. After the try out is successful, you will get a contract right away. We look for someone who's available for 1 to 3 months at least 3 to 4 times a week for four hours a day. You will have to organize many legal files, scan, contact lawyers etc. Location will be Brussels, starting date is as soon as possible.
