Payroll Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to support a social secretariat in Belgium. In this freelance role, you will manage your own client portfolio and act as the primary contact for payroll-related queries. Location: Hainaut Contract: Freelance / ZZP - Ongoing Start Date: End of September Languages: Fluent Dutch & French preferred Key Responsibilities: Independently manage payroll processing for a portfolio of clients Ensure accurate salary calculations and compliance with Belgian payroll legislation Advise clients on payroll-related questions and provide practical solutions Collaborate with clients to optimize payroll processes and resolve issues efficiently Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Payroll Advisor or Consultant Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll rules and regulations Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients independently What's on Offer: Flexible freelance engagement Opportunity to take ownership of a client portfolio Immediate start at the end of September
