Dear freelancer,
We are looking for an experienced company to develop a new website for our jet brokerage company.
We have a full design ready in Figma to be shared with a team of developpers so the actual website ( frontend- backend ) can be developped
our technological Requirements
Modern technology stack
Free or open source Headless cms with multi language capabilities
Fully responsive/ preferably PWA
CMS included so we can add our own posts and pages
Works with multiple databases and api's
Website features
Multi-language enabled ( we will launch with 2 or 3 languages) - 1 currency
Booking engine included , with data coming from api and databases
Integrated payment system
Customer accounts
Blog / news pages
Live chat
Newsletter plugin
Contact forms
GDPR notices
Customer review plugin
Website objective
The website's purpose is tri-fold :
- First of all it should represent our company and service we are offering ( booking private jet flights) - so an online business card
- Secondly it should be used as a lead generator for us to attract potential clients, mainly via SEO / email marketing
- Thirdly it should act as an online tool where existing and new clients can request offers for private jet flights
IMPORTANT : due to the nature of the product you cannot provide real time prices and availability of flights, therefore users are only able to enter their flight schedule, see ESTIMATED prices and request to get an updated quote / availability
Booking engine part : ( where users can request flight quotes)
1. Registration. A user doesn't want to enter their personal information every time they book a flight. So you need to implement a registration feature to gather personal information, confirm email addresses, and confirm payment accounts (if necessary) ( this should be after booking the flight)
2. Geolocation. Once registered, a user starts searching for a convenient flight. It'll be helpful to implement geolocation so users can easily find nearby airports .
3. Filters. After selecting a route, a user wants to choose the most suitable flight. Filters help make this process quicker and easier.
4. Fare calculation. When a user has entered all the flight details, they want to get a price estimation instantly. So you need to implement an algorithm to calculate the cost of a particular flight based on entered data.
5. Payment integration. not needed in this step, but when the user gets a quote per mail or updated in his customer account he should be able to select payment method or pay immediately for the flight
Customer Account
customers need a customer account to keep track of:
1. account details
2. Flight quote status
3. Overview of current flights/ past flights/ favorite flights
4. Payment options per flight
5. Flight details
Website backend
We are in need of a backend to manage the following items
- update / maintain information in databases ( csv)
- update/ maintain posts/ pages
- update / maintain customer information
- update /maintain quotes / requests from clients ( we can consider all those quotes as products / inquiries)
additional information
We are in need to and pull data from our own databases and api's - probably api's for performance reasons is less desirable so we need to duplicate data from api's and do an occasional check on data quality/ accuracy )
Budget constraints
we are not necessarily looking for every page to be put online by the dev team , we would also like to discuss possibilities where the website frame is developed and we can duplicate/ populate the pages ourselves
