Network Coordinator

The program team is now expanding with a Network Coordinator - Neighborhood Approach. This is a project for 12 hours per week for a minimum of one year. Role Description The Network Coordinator - Neighborhood Approach is a newly created position aimed at strengthening the social foundation within neighborhoods. In this pioneering role, the coordinator works with residents and societal partners to develop effective community-strengthening initiatives. The coordinator focuses on two main tracks: Community Engagement: Promote neighborhood interaction and facilitate or encourage residents' initiatives to organize local activities collaboratively. Accessible Support Services: Ensure that welfare, care, and support services are offered locally, appropriately, and as accessible as possible, while improving collaboration between formal and informal support networks. A detailed profile is available upon request. Candidate Profile We are looking for an interim professional with several years of project experience. Prior municipal experience is not mandatory, but strong affinity with the social domain is essential. You should be a natural networker with a pioneering mindset, proactive, entrepreneurial, and people-oriented. To fit well within the team, you should have a no-nonsense attitude and a sense of humor.
