A dynamic glass production facility in Limburg is seeking a Freelance Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process optimization and operational efficiency across the plant. Role Overview Manage day-to-day production operations and monitor performance metrics Analyze workflow and equipment efficiency to identify areas for improvement Lead investigations into production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures Collaborate with teams to enhance operational procedures and best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality standards are met Candidate Profile Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production engineering, ideally in glass or similar industries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to lead process improvement initiatives and coordinate across teams EU citizenship or valid work authorization required Contract Details Location: Belgium Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Freelance/Contract assignment
