(jr/mdr) UAT Test Analyst

Job Description We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Analyst with over 2 years of expertise within the insurance/financial services sector to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in an international IT program. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of UAT test execution and methodologies and be experienced in writing test cases, executing tests with business users, documenting defects and test results in detail and supporting defect investigations. What the day will look like. Reporting to the Business Test Lead, you will be responsible for: Test Management Expertise o Documenting test cases with Business SMEs. o Perform UAT execution activities, coordinating with cross-functional business teams to ensure testing aligns with business objectives. Teamwork o Support and inspire business testing SMEs to execute testing on time and to quality, documenting defects as they are discovered. o This may require in person support and therefore travel in EMEA. Tool Proficiency o Demonstrate proficiency in testing tools and technologies, ensuring their effective utilisation in testing execution and defect management. Microsoft Azure DevOps, Word and Excel skills an advantage. Stakeholder Communication o Act as a liaison between the Business Test Lead and country test teams, communicating test progress, issues, and risks effectively. o Collaborate with country stakeholders to prioritize testing execution based on business needs. o Produce and deliver concise and accurate progress reporting for the Business Test Lead on all execution activity. o Note that some travel in Europe may be required on an infrequent basis. o Be a fluent English and German speaker to be able to deliver communications on UAT in both languages. Skills and experience that will lead to success. o Over 2 years of experience in UAT test execution, or related testing execution roles, within the insurance or financial services industry. o Proven expertise in executing testing across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. o Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work to demanding testing deadlines and timescales. o Excellent communication skills. o Self-motivated and driven - able to execute on areas of work assigned with minimal supervision. o Fluent English and German speaker, French or Dutch fluency is an added benefit. o Excellent authoring and document review skills and vocabulary. o Excellent team player with the ability to maintain trust at all levels. o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
