RBAC Project Analyst

Role Overview
The Role Based Access Control (RBAC) project analyst will work in an important project within Action to improve and automate access management in the organization. During the project the RBAC analyst will work with business departments within Action to design role proposals and implement them into the IAM system.
Main Responsibilities
o Facilitate sessions with business stakeholders for role engineering;
o Construct designs for business roles;
o Work with offshore technical team to implement roles into the system;
o Provide user support during implementation and resolve issues.
Professional Skills
o Minimum 10 years of experience with IT in general;
o Minimum 3 years of experience with IAM and/or RBAC projects;
o Experience with SailPoint IIQ;
o Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
o Jira and/or ServiceNow.
Personal Skills
o Understand business needs and impact of changes, think from the perspective of the business;
o Highly motivated and team player;
o Able to work in a very structured way, creating (user) documentation, Epics and User stories;
o Excellent presentation skills in both English and Dutch;
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
o Strong analytical skills.
