Instructional Designer / Trainer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer (ID)/Trainer to join our team. This position is remote, flexible, and full-time. It can be filled from anywhere in the EU if you meet the required skills. Project Phases Phase one of the project (Instructional Designer): As an Instructional Designer, you will work with identified Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to isolate requirements and document use cases and process steps. You will design and develop training materials in a timely manner, such as: o eLearning Software Simulations in Articulate 360 Storyline. o eLearning Courses, interactive activities, and quizzes in Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise. o Documentation in Microsoft SharePoint. What the day will look like - Phase one of the project (ID): o Meet with SMEs to document use cases and process steps. o Write documentation in SharePoint. o Develop training materials in Storyline and Rise from provided templates. o Develop software simulations and quizzes from provided templates. o Send work for Quality Assurance (QA). o Implement revisions from QA. o Do peer-to-peer QA of training materials developed by other team members. Phase two of the project (Trainer): As a Trainer, you will lead online and in-person training sessions for groups of participants in Dutch and German, (French as optional). What the day will look like - Phase two of the project: o Host Synchronous Training Sessions with participants. o Moderate Microsoft Teams teams which are organized for participants. o Provide one-on-one support sessions for participants. Skills and Experience Required: o Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer. o Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer. o Experience delivering training online as well as in-person. o Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models. o Familiar with learning management systems and eLearning platforms. o Fluent in English, both written and spoken. o Proficiency in Dutch and German. Optional: o Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise. o Experience with Microsoft SharePoint. o Experience with Adobe products. o Experience in creating software simulations and quizzes. o Proficiency in French an asset.
