HR & Payroll Consultant - SME Focus

We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR & Payroll Consultant to join our team, providing tailored HR and payroll support to SME clients, including private limited companies, partnerships, and enterprises. Location: Remote / Flexible Contract: Freelance / ZZP - Ongoing Hours: Part-time or full-time depending on client workload Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll administration for multiple SME clients Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, employment handbooks, and contracts Advise on employee relations, labour law compliance, and IR issues Provide ad-hoc HR support and consultancy tailored to client needs Candidate Profile: Proven experience in HR consulting and payroll management, ideally with SMEs Strong understanding of labour law and compliance requirements Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously What's on Offer: Flexible freelance engagement Opportunity to work with diverse SME clients across sectors Remote work with occasional client visits if needed
