Front-end Developer Wanted

Dear freelancer, We have received another exciting new job offer from one of our partners. This time we are looking for a Front-end Developer. Location: Antwerp (walking distance from Antwerpen Centraal). Start: ASAP (latest July 15, 2019). Duration: At least 3 months; potentially longer. Rate: EUR60,- Hours: 36-40 hours We are looking for an experienced freelance front-end developer (full-time) who can help us bring the UI of our web applications to the next level. Background: Do you want to work for an ambitious organization that gives power to consumers? Every day we help thousands of people to get a good deal for complex products like solar panels and green energy. We do this by organizing group buying campaigns. We have been doing this successfully for the last 10 years in The Netherlands, Belgium, UK; and recently in the US and Japan. Currently we are rebranding one of our biggest campaigns. Job description: Your main task will be to implement a new user interface for our customer-facing (B2C) web applications. You will translate wireframes and mockups to functional web pages. In this process you look for the best solution, taking into account the new visual language, responsiveness, performance and maintainability. Together with our visual designer, you will work on a style guide. Preferably, you will also help us improve our front-end architecture and UI development process; and give recommendations on the required tools. Next to working together with our visual designer and the developers, you will also collaborate with the marketing team, UX consultant and members from the business team. The ideal candidate: o Is a medior/senior front-end developer with at least 3 years of similar work experience. o Loves to deliver solid HTML, (S)CSS and Javascript. o Is proficient in AngularJS and Bootstrap (or equivalent frameworks). o Is able to work with both marketeers as well as developers and can make a translation between the two if necessary. o Has knowledge of GitHub and Jira Agile (or similar tools).
