EC2 can't start, 1/2 checks passed

Dear freelancer,
Inside AWS EC2, a couple of hours ago, our web app can't be reached suddenly, when I tried to reboot it fails, and stuck at "initializing", after around 10 minutes it shows red error: 1/2 checks passed. when click the tab "status check" it shows:
System status checks
System reachability check passed
Instance status checks
Instance reachability check failed
Check failure at

when I tried to use "EC2 instance connect" it shows:
There was a problem connecting to your instance

when I tried "get system log" the last log was:
