Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Requirement - Desktop Support L1/L2 / Field Engineer We are looking for an experienced and motivated Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2) in Grenzach-Wyhlen, Germany. This role combines on-site field support with hands-on technical troubleshooting, ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users. ? Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and software applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, Microsoft Office, printers, and user accounts Support users both remotely and on-site as needed Ensure IT service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs Assist in system upgrades, patching, and asset management Document technical issues, solutions, and provide knowledge-sharing with the team ? Requirements: Proven experience in Desktop Support L1/L2 or as a Field Engineer Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking German language proficiency (minimum B2 certification) - essential for client interaction Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Immediate availability preferred ?
