Dating app for Turkish people

Dear freelancer, Datingapp based on clustering and groupforming of common interesses. No swiping Only searching through filter ( lots of filters possible). Maybe introduction questions for every new user. Only Selfie modus so no photoshop perfect pictures. Only real faces real people real answers. Basically, There is a small AI connecting data with each other and representing them als MATCH!!! It has to have a sleek clean design but the app must work fast. no too much loading. Perfect modern sleek font nice to view for the eyes. Lots of questions for data matching. Lots of filters like origin, religion, etc etc. So when we match we math with % accuracy. Simple, fast, cheap, most effective is the way to go. Only serious people with good ratings we have a budget. We want to be in android and ios stores. Hopefully we can find the right person.
