Cloud Engineer (Azure)

A prominent client in Zuid-Holland is seeking an experienced Azure Engineer for a hands-on freelance assignment. The role focuses on cloud architecture, migration, and environment setup for enterprise workloads. Assignment Details Freelance / ZZP contract Location: Zuid-Holland (Hybrid, 4 days on-site per week) Start: Immediate Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and configure Azure environments for enterprise applications Lead migrations from on-premises systems to Azure Build and maintain landing zones, ensuring secure and scalable cloud infrastructure Collaborate with teams to optimize configurations and deployment processes Provide guidance on best practices for cloud adoption and governance Ideal Candidate Proven hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms Strong knowledge of on-prem to cloud migrations Experience designing, implementing, and managing landing zones Comfortable working in hybrid team environments
