Cloud & DevOps Consultant (AI/ML Environments)

About the Role A leading AI-driven organization is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to support multiple AI/ML product teams in scaling their infrastructure and development practices. You'll play a hands-on leadership role across design, automation, and platform optimization, while mentoring engineers and shaping best practices. Key Responsibilities Guide and support 30+ engineers across several AI/ML delivery teams, ensuring reliable CI/CD pipelines and robust workload management in multi-cloud settings Build secure APIs to expose platform services (e.g., ML models) and enable integration of distributed applications Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) to automate infrastructure deployment and management Establish observability solutions, integrating monitoring, logging, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) for AI-enabled systems Implement test automation frameworks for deployment pipelines and application functionality Drive standardization efforts, create shared frameworks, and conduct quality reviews across teams to encourage consistency and continuous improvement Profile Sought Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE with exposure to AI/ML workloads Advanced knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes - SDLC and cluster management) Familiarity with GPU-based compute infrastructure and AI-focused tooling (NVIDIA Triton, Kubeflow, MLflow) Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar) and automation practices Proven background with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred) Strong mentor and collaborator with the ability to support cross-functional engineering teams
