I'm looking for someone who can build an app that I, as a healthcare provider, can use in my clinical practice. The app should be accessible to the care provider through a dashboard that provides an overview of client files, a calendar, the ability to create new client records, write session notes, create treatment plans with the help of AI, and upload documents. It should also allow the creation of session reports for referring physicians, which can preferably be emailed to other healthcare providers directly from the system with a single click.

There should also be a dedicated section for the client, where they can create or update their own file, link themselves to a therapist, receive short questionnaires before and after sessions about their experience of the session, view an overview of their sessions (dates), and receive session reminders.

The app should also function as a communication hub, allowing the therapist to easily send information to the client after a session with a simple click, for example by sharing psychoeducational materials from a built-in library.
