Designing, installing and evaluating daily operating processes within the Belgian division, keeping track of the country-specific needs and regulations while working closely with the Dutch divisions, systems and processes. Hiring, training and coaching the branch team, bringing together their experiences and ideas for innovation and guiding them through the process of installing and following up on these improvements. Collaborating with creditors, partners and other branches as a point of contact and a member of the DMU of the Belgian branch.

Communication: - with debtors: giving clear explanations, finding constructive solutions, guiding them through the process as efficiently as possible while keeping in mind goals and targets. - with creditors: analyzing and presenting all kinds of findings and results related to their files, their processes and the collaboration. Administration: - adapting to changing technical possibilities, always keeping in mind the need for data to be collected accurately, efficiently and sustainably. - adapting to changing regulations around privacy and collection. Teamwork: - working together to ensure an equal division of the workload. - helping each other to find and develop new techniques. Analysis: - constantly improving not only the results but also the methods used to achieve these results.
