UMA is a Women’s Multibrand Store in Scandinavian and Belgian brands (clothes, jewellery, shoes and accessories). The store was created from scratch: renovation of building, purchasing of brands, business plan, financial & administrative follow up, sales, marketing, webshop and day to day business. Role as ‘internal agency’ for all product groups (Telecom, IT, Audio/Video, Camera, Whitegoods) • Management of media- communication- and creative projects and agencies (PR, ATL, BTL, Retail, Digital, Events) • Setup of all marketing & comm. activities for the Belgian market • Management of marketing budgets • Team of 13 Marketers (Retail, Events, PR, Digital, Marketing Comm) • Direct Report to the Managing Director Belgium
In charge of the entire ‘go to market’ strategy and roll out of all mobile products into the Belgian market • Management of media- communication- and creative agencies for the mobile department (ATL, BTL, Retail, Digital, Events) • Setup of all ATL and BTL marketing activities for tablets and mobile phones in the Belgian market • Management of the total mobile marketing budget • Team of 9 Marketers (Channel Marketers, Product Mgrs and Technical PM’s) + 6 Retail Executives • Direct Report to the Country Director Mobile Belgium
• Setup & roll out of marketing calendars with our customers (operators, distributors, retailers) • Responsible for the creation of tailormade promotions (B2B and B2C) and its communications • Creation of POS material at the shop floor • Management of communication- and creative agencies related to channel marketing activities • Management of the mobile channel marketing budget for Belgium • Direct Report to the Marketing Manager Mobile Belgium
• Implementation of new processes into the SAP ERP system, adapted to customer needs • Customers: Electrabel, GlaxoSmithKline, Zespri
