Create & deploy Pricing Tool: cost calculation tool for Price setting & Profitability • Responsible for price increase process • Implementation of new commission scheme • Create & implement sales tools to increase efficiency & performance
Define Productivity KPI's & set up monthly reporting • Monthly Reviews with operational management on results & improvements • In lead of operational budgetting process
