The project was named "I.D.I.A.L." which stands for "Integrated Document in Asset Lifecycle". The goal was to develop a unique platform both for GEP (Good Engineering Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documents, so that the access to one document could be done in the fastest way. The main strength of the platform was the daily synchronization with data stored in SAP tables. Computer speaking, the platform developed was based on Documentum Webtop 6.5 and the community/application was named "Techshare".
