Video: Masters of Digital 2020
For the third year in a row, during my collaboration with the event agency OFCORES, I provided professional event solutions, including consultancy and best practice sharing, event script and venue floorplan creation, registration and supplier management, printing and design support, furniture selections and arrangement, VIP dinner organisation, hostess provision, AV and equipment management, goodies sourcing and support and more.

While the pandemic seized the services of several sectors, the management at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre was seeking to reinvent their event spaces. I led the development of this project on behalf of my client OFCORES with the aim to launch the very first Plug-In hybrid meetings and event studios in a hotel property in Brussels. With our network, we came up with a unique partnership involving 5 key partners.

Having collaborated with EARTO since 2018, I organised several in-person events for them. This year, EARTO has organised their very first virtual EARTO Policy Event to discuss relevant policy issues on RD&I. A supposed live in-person event turned virtual. A one day programme redefined in a two hour format, broadcasted live in a studio in Brussels with the intervention of several keynote speakers through zoom. The 2nd RTO Innovation Summit – industrial technologies for the future – centred on three themes: The European Green Deal, A Europe Fit for the Digital Age and Industrial Competitiveness represented by the 10 largest RTOs in Europe. I led the first in-person event in 2018 and the first virtual RTO Innovation Summit in November 2020. A supposed live in-person event turned virtually and broadcasted live during two days with 3 different stages, 50 speakers intervening through zoom, with an engagement through a virtual platform nearing 800 users including a digital exhibition with 36 exhibits and a live graphic artist covering the three themes.
