Elisabeth is a graphic designer turned creative business designer and coach, with an outspoken, yet quirky, and very busy creative mind. She gets excited about building businesses from scratch, learning new stuff and seeking inspiration in the most peculiar places. She build **************** all by herself, based on a special designed circular business model and solid core values such as: diversity, empowerment, inclusion, transparency, integrity,
fair competition, sustainability, social responsible leadership and human-centered approach.
She manages the company with those values always firm in mind, and combines humor, intelligence & people skills with clear guidelines and empathic leadership to establish a balanced and productive work environment. She encourages intrapreneurship by introducing regular competitive employee challenges and a strategic HR policy.
- 2017: She's elected as one of 20 globally based participants, to participate in ELLE Magazine's exclusive management and leadership program based on her business design plan for GWTG. It was chosen for her visionary insights, innovative approach and her design of its personal circular business model .
