Projectbeschrijving:
• Project COO Risk RSU is part of COO Risk Management Program;
The project RSU will investigate the needed IT-support for the new RSU-departments of
C&MB, R&PB en CRM;
The Results the PA has to achieve are: business processes described of the three RSU"s
(especially corporate and merchant banking) on the target situation;
Presentation of the business processes target situation;
High level and detailed Prioritised Requirements List;
Stakeholder analysis;
Input for business case and PID;
Implementing new or changed business processes in organization.

Wensen en eisen:
• Experience with Risk Management and Finance is desired and specially: early warning,
early collections and late collections;
• Experience on data quality is desired;
• Affinity with IT-processes is desired;
• Must be able to investigate existing functionalities;
• Must be able to design new business process on the basis of new insights;
• Must be able to collect requirements, make them concrete and to determine the impact
on business;
• Must be able to speak and write fluently in English and Dutch;
• Team player;
• Independent;
• Pro active;
• Creative.
