Through analysis of the processes of the different departments, I provide a realistic planning and a correct implementation of the new ERP package.
If needed, I help plan data migration of legacy data to the new ERP system.
Data analysis and BI are also an important part of my service : I make sure that KPI's and BI-reports are set up to enable correct management decisions.
Through hands-on training, both one-on-one and classroom-based, I help my users to get the best results out of the software.
